FLEXOPLUS is a visual ear tag with patented, tamper-proof locking system.
By using FLEXOplusGENO, it is possible to combine the mandatory ear tagging with the sampling of tissue in a one phase procedure without any additional work. In comparison to the collection of blood samples or other tissue sample methods, the mixing-up of samples and/or animals are clearly excluded.
FLEXOtronic is the electronic transponder ear tag with a maximum reading accuracy and range, a minimum weight and a construction focused on retention and animal welfare. By this, the risk of post-infections and irritation of the skin is reduced to a minimum. Various digital smart farming solutions make use of the RFID ear tag, such as feeding systems for calves or milking robots.
GENOtronic combines the functionalities and benefits of FLEXOplusGENO and FLEXOtronic.
FlexoPlus
The special locking system of FlexoPlus ear tags, in combination with the CAISLEY ear tag pliers, ensures an animal-friendly cutting of the ear punch and is resulting in a fast wound healing.
FlexoPlus ear tags are available in different sizes for different animal species. They are laser-marked and provide a permanent inscription with high contrast, ensuring good legibility.
FlexoPlus are ICAR certified and produced in Germany according to the high-quality CAISLEY production and control standards.

This CAISLEY slogan is taken to a new level with the ear tags of the FlexoPlus Geno family. What is a better proof of origin than the DNA of an animal?
The FlexoPlus Geno facilitates the direct insertion of the tissue sample into a firmly connected, marked sample container and an immediate sealing. This is guaranteeing that the sample is taken from the particular animal which was identified.

The CAISLEY product family FlexoTronic combines the proven locking mechanism of the FlexoPlus with an electronic ear tag.
The size of the CAISLEY RFID ear tags are customized for different species and dispose of the following additional features:
- Better wound healing due to three ventilation slits and circular channel
- Convex back and rounded edges, which adapts well to the shape of the ear.
- Optimised reading range and stability over the entire life time of the animal
